Singapore Conference Hall and Arts
Groups Partnership Programme (SAPP)
 

The “Singapore Conference Hall (SCH) and Arts Groups Partnership Programme” or SAPP for short, was launched in October 2003. It was a move by the SCH to ally itself with all local arts groups and ensure that no local arts groups will be deprived of promoting their arts due to high rental charges of performing venues. This programme requires no registration fee and the only eligibility criteria is that the arts group has to be registered in Singapore. All partners under the SAPP may sign up for either Package I or II and enjoy the respective discounts, incentives and privileges.
