Rental Benefits:
 
Package I
An increasing amount of discount on rental charges for subsequent usage of the SCO Concert Hall up to the fourth time, thereafter rental discounts will return to that of first-time usage. There is no time frame for between the first- to the fourth time.
 
Package II
A regular charge on rental of the SCO Concert Hall for the first three usages and a 50% discount on the fourth usage, thereafter rental charges will return to that of first-time usage at the regular rental charge. A maximum of 2 years is allowed for between the first- and the fourth-time usage.
 
Rental Charges
The SCO Concert Hall rental charges are in accordance with the nature of the event.
- Rental per *4-hour block (9am-1pm/2pm-6pm/7pm-11pm)
- Minimum hiring of 4 hours
- Each additional hour or part thereof applies in accordance with the respective event rental package
 
Note: All rental charges include the SCO Concert Hall rental rate and staff overtime allowance of 5 hrs for 5 staff (inclusive of the 1 hr setup time prior the hiring period). Peak surcharge has been included for performance booking on Saturdays, Sundays and Eves of Public Holiday and Public Holidays. They do not include GST at 5% cleaning charges and rental charges for equipment/instruments.
  Others:
- Free usage of Concourse and Reception Foyer on the day of performance during the time of hire of the SCO Concert Hall
- 10% discount on the rental charges for the use of the Exhibition Hall and Sectional Practice Hall on the day of the performance during the time of hire of the SCO Concert Hall
- Free performance platform at the SCH Concourse during lunchtime, subject to the availability of the venue at management's approval.
- A discount of $300 for a full-day usage of the Exhibition Hall at $1200 for art exhibitions/calligraphy exhibitions/book launches.
- Ticketing and placement of member's event flyers at SCH.
