| Rental
rate of the Concert Hall is in accordance with
the nature of the event:
- Rental per *4-hour block (9am-1pm/ 2pm-6pm/
7pm-11pm)
- Minimum hiring of 4 hours
- Each additional hour or part thereof applies
in accordance with the respective event rental
package
- Peak surcharge is chargeable for hire on Saturdays,
Sundays, Eves of Public Holiday and Public Holidays
*The 4-hour venue hire is inclusive of Load in/Technical
Set-up/Props Set-up/Bump-out time. |

Different
rental packages apply in accordance with the nature
of the event.
Note: Minimum
of 2 Technicians and 3 Production Crew will be stationed
in the Concert Hall. (For Recording, a minimum of
3 Technicians and 3 Production Crew will be stationed
in the Concert Hall.) Staff overtime allowance will
be borne by Hirer. Any extra manpower will be considered
as overtime charges. |
