1) Cleaning Fee
- A minimum of S$50 is chargeable for the usage of the Concert Hall.
- A cleaning fee of S$200 is chargeable for kindergarten events.
- At the discretion of the Management, an additional cleaning fee of S$200 will be charged in cases where extra labour is required to clean up the premises.

2) Staff Overtime Allowance
- Weekdays - Before 8.30am and after 5.30pm
S$18 per staff per hour
- Saturdays & Eves of Public Holiday – Before 8.30am and after 1pm
S$25 per staff per hour
- Sundays & Public Holidays – Whole Day
S$25 per staff per hour
- Staff overtime allowance is chargeable for the 1hour set-up time before the rehearsal/ performance/ event.

-Staff overtime allowance is chargeable for the interim period of rehearsal/ set-up and performance/ event, should they be scheduled on the same day.

3) Transportation Allowance
- A fee of S$20 per crew / per usher is chargeable for work completing after 10.30pm or any booking time at 8am / before 8am.

4) Rental of equipment/musical instruments
- Use of any equipment/musical instruments in addition to those allocated in the rental package will be charged in accordance with their rental rates as stated in the Equipment/Instruments Rental List.

5) Performance Levy
- S$100 per performance for use of Concert Hall
