Rental Rates> ORCHESTRA/CONCERT BAND
1a) Orchestra/Concert band - Performance:

Performance Package (4 hours) - Minimum rental S$2,100 or 18% of ticket sales, whichever is higher
Additional hour - S$525
Peak surcharge - S$400
 
1b) Orchestra/Concert band - Rehearsal:
Rehearsal Package (4 hours) - S$900
Additional hour - S$225
Peak surcharge - S$400 (Waived if rehearsal falls on the same day as performance)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Note: The 4-hour performance is inclusive of Load in/Technical Set-up/Props Set-up/Bump-out
time. All items including props and equipment brought in by the hirer have to be dismantled and removed from the Hall before the ending time of hire.

-  Air-conditioning (1 hour prior event)
-  2 Reception Counters at the 2 Foyers
-  Maximum 4 Backstage Soloist Rooms (VIP Rooms 2 to 5)
-  1 Conductor Podium and Score Stand
-  1 Standard Soloist Platform (3 ft x 4 ft)
-  Standard Riser for Orchestra/Concert Band (4 ft by 9 inch X 3 units, 4ft by 16 inch X 3 units , 4 ft by 24 inch X 3 units)
-  100 Performer Chairs
-  100 Score Stands
-  4 High Stool
-  4 Tables w/o Table Skirting
-  2 Condenser Microphones c/w stand
-  2 Dynamic/Wireless Microphones c/w stand
-  CD Player
-  2 D.I Box
-  1 Upright Piano (without tuning)
-  8 Ushers (only for evenings and weekends for performance package)
