-Rental rate of S$500 per 4-hour block (9am-1pm/ 2pm-6pm/ 7pm-11pm)
-Minimum hiring of 4 hours
-Each additional hour or part thereof is chargeable at S$125
-Peak surcharge* of S$200 is chargeable for hire on Saturdays, Sundays, Eves of Public Holiday and Public Holidays

* The 4-hour event package is inclusive of Load in/Technical Set-up/Props Set-up/Bump-out time.
* Hirers holding exhibitions in the Concourse will be charged at the hourly rate if the set-up & bump-out time exceeds 4 hours.
